1.0 Interpretation
1.1 The Purchaser means the person, firm, company, organization or individual who has done registration on
LogiSWOT portal under the category of service providers or consumer.
1.2 The Service provider means the person, firm, company, organization or individual who has registered with
LogiSWOT as service provider i.e. Consol Agent, Freight Forwarders, Co-Loaders, Air Lines, Shipping Line or any other
person, firm, company, organization or individual who wants to provider services listed with LogiSWOT to consumer.
1.3 The Consumer means the person, firm, company, organization or individual who has registered with LogiSWOT
as importer, exporter, agent for importers or exporters, custom house agent, custom house, broker or any other
firm, company, organization or individual who wants to avail the services from the service providers registered on
LogiSWOT under the category of service providers for providing the services listed with LogiSWOT to consumer.
1.4 The LogiSWOT portal means the web portal owned & published by Logiswot Solutions Pvt Ltd., company
registered with company of registrar in India for providing services listed with this portal.
1.5 The Enquiry means the request submitted by consumer on LogiSWOT portal for seeking the best suitable services
for performing a particular job or assignment for which consumer wanted to have the details of best service
providers listed on LogiSWOT for performing the services required by consumers with best cost, time with offering
other benefits & services which will be routed through LogiSWOT as per the business model set by LogiSWOT
Solutions Pvt Ltd.
1.6 The Quote means the quotation or the information provided by the service providers who are registered
themselves with LogiSWOT as service providers for providing various services listed on LogiSWOT with the best,
accurate, correct information regarding cost, time limit and any other information which is routed through
LogiSWOT as per the business model set by LogiSWOT Solutions Pvt Ltd.
1.7 Services, contract, enquiry, quotations, business support and information provided by consumer or service
providers using business platform of LogiSWOT.
2.0 Acceptance of Services
2.1 The Consumer by placing an enquiry or Service Providers by registering the core business area for providing services confirms their acceptance of the Contract, Terms and Conditions of LogiSWOT and agrees to be bound by the business proposals or contract. Furthermore, regarding Press Releases or the advertisement, the Consumers or the Service Providers or any other person, company, organization, individual accepts that the LogiSWOT's decision is the final. LogiSWOT reserves the right to distribute Press Releases or Advertisements as they see fit.
2.2 Upon receipt of payment and information the Service will be made live.
2.3 The LogiSWOT’s reserves the right to cease, suspend or remove Services from view, if at such time there is a dispute or delay over an agreed payment or any other issues arising during the use of business model of LogiSWOT.
2.4 The LogiSWOT’s reserves the right to add or suspend or remove or change the business model if they are not suitable for any listed business services.
2.5 The LogiSWOT’s reserves the right to suspend or remove the consumers or service providers if they act deemed to act in an unprofessional manner. The LogiSWOT reserves the rights to take final decision in all subject matters.
3.0 Prices, Payments Policy
3.1 All prices quoted by the LogiSWOT are exclusive of VAT/TVA and/or taxes applicable at the time.
3.2 All prices will be reviewed from time to time and any increase will be advertised on this website.
3.3 Payments will only be accepted in Indian Rupee or £sterling, € Euro or $US dollar.
3.4 In accordance with Indian laws, LogiSWOT reserves the right to cancel your order, enquiry or quotations.

4.0 Copyright
4.1 LogiSWOT reserves copyright on all materials and designs and forbids. LogiSWOT to pass such materials and designs to a third party or associated business without first seeking the Consumer and Service Providers or any other person, organization, company, individual or any other business associates permission and agreement.
4.2 Any third party copyright materials used by the LogiSWOT on behalf of the Consumer or Service Providers or by any person, firm, company, organization or individual cannot be used by the person, firm, company, organization or individual without first seeking the permission or agreement.
4.3 If the LogiSWOT supplies the consumer or service providers or any other business associates with text, photography, artwork, animation, brochures, information or material of any kind, the LogiSWOT will not at any time be responsible whatsoever in regard to copyright, errors or omissions, faults or subsequent damages. This also includes that supplied by software, discs or electronic transfers if supplied by the Consumer or Service providers or any other business associates to the LogiSWOT for publishing to the Internet or Portal or any other media.
4.4 The Consumer or Service Providers or any other business associates registered or non-registered with LogiSWOT must indemnify LogiSWOT against third parties suffering subsequent faults and damages caused to hardware, software programs, or such damages as loss of production and earnings, due to materials supplied by LogiSWOT for use by the Consumer or Service Providers or any other business associates.
4.5 The LogiSWOT will not be held responsible for establishing 'Rights of Usage' on any materials or information or data supplied by the Consumer or Service Provider or any other person, firm, company, organization or individual registered or non-registered with LogiSWOT.
4.6 The LogiSWOT business model, idea and process are patented under Indian Intellectual Property Act. Any person, firm, company, organization or individual using the business mode, business process, or using with modification is prohibited. LogiSWOT reserves the right to take legal actions against the person, firm, company, organization or individual doing so.
5.0 Confidentiality
5.1 LogiSWOT will use every endeavor to maintain confidentiality on information so received.
6.0 General
6.1 Failure or delay by the Consumer or Service Providers or any business associates in enforcing any term of the Contract shall not be construed as a waiver of any of its rights under it.
6.2 The illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this Contract or use of the services of portal will not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder.
6.3 Use of the portal or services shall be construed in all aspects as a Contract and in conformity with Indian Laws.
6.4 You may not create a link to the websites from another website or document without the express, prior written consent of LogiSWOT.
6.5 Your use of the websites and any dispute arising out of such use of the websites is subject to the Indian laws.
6.6 Unauthorized use of the websites may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
6.7 From time to time the websites may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
Changes to the terms
LogiSWOT will occasionally update the TERMS. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the privacy policy. For material changes to this Policy, LogiSWOT will notify you by placing prominent notice on the website.
